Under the direct responsibility of the workshop manager, your missions will be the following: - Ensure the management of a maintenance workshop for light and heavy vehicles (planning of interventions, management of the workshop budget...) - Supervise, with the help of the workshop manager, a team of mechanics. - Work in compliance with the health and safety standards in all the Group's workshopsWhat is the profile sought for this position? This position is accessible with a CAP/BEP to Bac (vocational baccalaureate, ...) level diploma in automotive mechanics, automotive electricity, combustion engines, ... It is also accessible with professional experience in the same sector without any particular diploma. You have good interpersonal skills and are able to adapt easily to the various situations encountered. You encourage initiatives and the increase in competence of your team members.
