About the Role

You will join a dedicated R&D initiative at Harmattan AI focused on developing a wireless link module for drone-to-base station communications. As an RF Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and integrating PCBs and electrical systems in a compact, rugged form factor - ensuring reliability, low latency, and field readiness.

Responsibilities

* Perform the schematic design of PCBs, including component placement and routing
* Oversee the physical integration of PCBs into the product, in collaboration with mechanical engineers
* Address and resolve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues as they arise
* Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCBs upon reception
* Work closely with other R&D teams to ensure seamless coordination

Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Strong PCB design and layout experience (Altium or equivalent)
* Experience: 2-5 years in the development of electronic boards, including testing and validation
* Experience with RF systems and their implications on PCB design
* Problem-Solving: Ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical challenges
* Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals - from junior members to senior executives
