Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage
* Receives and stores all incoming raw materials or finished goods in the warehouse in accordance with:
* FEFO principle (First Expired - First Out)
* Allergen management and segregation requirements
* Storage rules and food safety standards
* Unloads potatoes and stores them by batch (lot) in the potato warehouse
* Counts big bags per lot and supplies the potato processing line

Production Supply & Returns
* Supplies production with raw materials based on the production schedule and BOM, ensuring FEFO compliance
* Scans cartons during handover to the production supply team
* Replenishes picking locations
* Moves pallets to and from storage locations
* Organizes and stores full pallets returned from production

Equipment Handling & Procedure Compliance

* Ensures proper charging of forklift batteries
* Immediately reports any damage, malfunctions, or equipment failures
* Strictly follows Health & Safety procedures and food safety requirements

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
* Supports the company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and programs
* Understands job-related hazards and required prevention and control measures
* Immediately reports hazards, incidents, injuries, occupational illnesses, and emergencies
* Actively participates in HSE activities and training programs
* Demonstrates safe behavior and follows approved safe work procedures
* Consistently applies safe working principles and practices
* Reports all observed unsafe working conditions
Qualifications

* Forklift Operator Certification
* 1-2 years of Experience of warehouse operations and material handling
* Familiarity with RF scanners and barcode systems
* Ability to support loading and unloading activities
* Understanding of FEFO/FIFO stock rotation principles
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Time management and task prioritization
* Clear communication with operators and supervisors
