Overview ACCOUNT MANAGER - Publicis One Unlimited We are looking for an Account Manager to join Publicis One Unlimited, our bespoke agency model dedicated exclusively to NIVEA, one of the world's most iconic and trusted brands. This role focuses on Emerging Markets, supporting day-to-day project management, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns from briefing through execution. Working closely with the Account Director, you will take ownership of assigned workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help deliver high-quality 360° campaigns-including global productions-on time and to the highest standards. This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager who enjoys responsibility, international collaboration, and end-to-end campaign ownership. What you'll do Coordinate daily project management tasks with client and internal teams Support the Account Director in delivering campaigns on time Take full ownership of assigned workstreams, including: Client communication (e.g. call memos, follow-ups) Internal communication (briefs, debriefs, production bibles) Administrative tasks (status reports, scorecards, timing plans, financial tracking of quotes and POs, resource allocation, capacity planning) Maintain quality control across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with the brief, strategy, and creative feedback Manage the project management tool for assigned projects Coordinate productions and shoots as part of integrated campaigns Collect learnings and prepare wash-up decks after project completion Ensure smooth collaboration across all departments involved in delivery What we are looking for 2-4 years of experience in account management within advertising or communications Proven experience managing 360° campaigns end-to-end Experience in managing productions and/or shoots Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across projects Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong presentation and communication skills Solid understanding of creative and production processes Experience working across multiple markets and background with FMCG or beauty / personal care clients are considered as an advantage Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong relationship builder with clients and internal stakeholders Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Flexible and open to collaborating across different time zones Why you'll love it here You'll work within a dedicated global team for NIVEA, one of the world's most iconic brands, with hands-on exposure to Emerging Markets and cross-cultural collaboration.
