* Coordination and assurance of component availability and pre-series planning for defined projects up to the start of series production
* Market inquiries and supplier selection for the procurement of prototype components and services
* Negotiation of prices and offer packages as well as transparent cost comparison for prototype components and prototype tools, including awarding decisions and order processing
* Tracking of on-time deliveries in coordination with prototype coordination and the plants
* Proactive management and assurance of demand notifications in pre-series project phases
* Coordination with the plants and Launch Manager on launch-specific topics, including handover when reaching series readiness

* At least 1 year experience in purchasing, project management or other engineering field
* Very good MS Office knowledge
* SAP knowledge is a plus
* Proficiency in English and able to negotiate with international suppliers, German is a plus
* Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and organizational talent
* Systematic and self-structured working method
