Join our dynamic Grid Technologies Business Strategy (GT BS) division at Siemens Energy in Hungary as a Working Student! In this part-time, 12-month role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring business continuity by providing essential analytical, operational, and administrative support to our strategic planning team. Imagine diving into structured data handling and crafting high-quality, management-ready presentations that drive strategic decision-making. As an active university student in Business, Economics, or Engineering, you will harness your strong analytical skills and organizational abilities to work independently and contribute to impactful projects. Your expertise in English and advanced skills in PowerPoint and AI (e.g., M65 Copilot) will be key to your success in this role.
How You'll Make an Impact
* You will gather, develop, and consolidate qualitative and quantitative data with precision to support strategic decision-making processes.
* Support the creation of high-quality, management-ready presentations, reports, and strategic workshop materials that convey clear, structured messaging.
* Provide administrative and organizational support for strategic projects, driving topics forward even under partially defined parameters.
* Collaborate with global team members across the GT BS division to coordinate project timelines and manage multiple topics simultaneously.
* Assist in monitoring and following up on deliverables for ongoing strategic initiatives, ensuring progress and accountability.
What You Bring
* You are actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics/Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Prior practical experience through internships or student worker roles in corporate strategy, consulting, or market research is highly advantageous.
* You possess an excellent command of English (both written and spoken), essential for collaborating in a global team environment.
* Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen interest in market research and data analysis.
* You have critical thinking abilities and effective communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings confidently.
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and experience with data visualization and AI tools will enhance your contributions.
* Availability to work for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
* Availability to travel within the EU for up to maximum 10% of the time.
