Overview ACCOUNT MANAGER We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-driven Account Manager to join our Client Service team. In this role, you'll manage advertising projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and high-quality output across a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. You'll work on integrated 360° campaigns spanning traditional advertising, social media, digital projects, and production, while acting as the key link between clients and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously, and wants to take ownership of impactful campaigns from start to finish. What you'll do Manage advertising projects end-to-end, from briefing through delivery Write and interpret client briefs for internal creative, production, and strategy teams Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution Manage timelines, budgets, and project administration Lead status meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues Participate in production processes, including shoots and content creation projects Manage social media projects and digital campaign deliverables Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day partner What we are looking for 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency and/or production company Fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Ability to work in a structured way and meet challenging deadlines Solid understanding of advertising, creative, and production workflows Experience with international clients, production projects, or 360° campaigns is an advantage Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset Why you'll love it here?
