Trainee Specialist - Product Management Associate

Product Management Associate is responsible for:
* Customer support for 3rd party software
* Software Inbox Management
* Order Management
* Data Analysis and Visualization
* Software License Management
* Software Release Management

Your Role

Customer support for 3rd party software: Solve technical and license related issues/ queries for 3rd party software
Software Inbox Management: Manage the Software Request Team Inbox. Queries to be solved by back office team or routed to appropriate stakeholders
Order Management: Manage Invoice creation for Resellers working along with Finance team. Provide OITC and SAP system support to stakeholders. Organize and Provide training to new colleagues as per requirement
Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze required data sets, create visualization and provide insights
License management: Manage the tool for Software provisioning including customer access, license key tracking and automation of software provisioning data analysis. Support migration to Infineon Developer Center tool
Software Release Management: Ensure Software Packages released from R&D are uploaded to the provisioning tool and Communicated to all Stakeholders

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Business Administration
* Experience: 1-3 years
* Must have knowledge: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Data driven mindset
* Good to have : Knowledge of Embedded Software products, Knowledge of Procurement process
