At Lenskart, we're building the world's largest integrated eyewear manufacturing facility - and we want sharp engineering minds to power its automation backbone.

What You'll Work On:
* Design and deploy best-in-class automation systems - ASRS, robotics, conveyors, and smart material movement.
* Build and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems that run high-speed production lines.
* Be hands-on with system integration, coding, and commissioning - not just observing, but owning.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot automation systems to minimize downtime (yes, real problem-solving under pressure).
* Identify process optimization opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, and reliability.

What We're Looking For:

* B.Tech from IIT (Mandatory)
* 0-1 year of experience (or strong hands-on projects/internships in automation/controls)
* Curiosity > comfort zone
* Someone who loves machines, logic, control systems, and factory tech
* Builder mindset. Not spectator energy.
