We are currently seeking a Transport Logistics Financial Controlling Assistant, who will report to the WW Transport Controlling Manager, as part of our dynamic team in Trecate.

Your opportunity

You will form an integral part of the Control Department within the Supply Chain & Logistics Business Unit, ensuring the accurate reporting of transportation costs. This challenging role will allow you to manage the accounting of our luxury brands.

How you will contribute

Carry out both daily and monthly reports and analysis on transportation costs
Support in the preparation of the business plan and the presentation of the result
Perform analysis on financial trajectories
Support the budgeting and forecasting process
Collaborate with the Finance Department along with other teams in order to guarantee group reporting for actual closing, budget and forecast
Implement cost center reporting with actual analysis versus budget and forecast

Who you are

* A university degree in Economics or a similar field would be a plus
* Prior experience of 2-3 years in a controlling role, preferably within a multinational company
* Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The working knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards, and HFM would be a plus
* You have an analytical mindset with solid methodological skills
* A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines
* A strong team player who is flexible, adaptable, and reliable
* Fluent in both English and Italian
