Location: InterContinental Sapporo
Hourly Wage: Up to ¥1,600/hour (Depending on Experience)

What we are looking for

At InterContinental Sapporo, every dish is crafted with care to create lasting memories for our guests. We are currently seeking Part-Time Kitchen Staff to join our culinary team across multiple outlets: All-Day Dining (Casual French), Specialty Kappo Restaurant, Club Lounge, or Pastry Kitchen.

Whether you're an experienced chef, a recent culinary graduate, or someone looking to build skills in a luxury hotel kitchen, we welcome your application. Culinary students are also encouraged to apply.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include

What We Need from You

Experience in hotel/commercial kitchen preferred

Culinary school graduates or students/interns are welcome

Basic conversational level: English and Japanese

Strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness

Physical ability to lift up to 23kg and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
