Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to maximize efficiency in sales performance by providing operationl support and execution of planning, administrative, logistics and internal reporting related tasks to country sales team.
Key responsibilities:
Interaction with key accounts:
* Communication on promotional offers, logistic data input, BBD, OOS
* Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts
Planning & Administration:
* Perform data entry in demand planning system, data input in Promo tool and run pre/post ROI evaluation of sales activities
* Gather Trade Expenditure related evidences for invoice approval and review Trade Expenditure accruals before Period closing
* Prepare materials for sales meetings, craft presentations
Logistic data management:
* Collect information about product changes
* Take part in BBD and OOS meetings
Internal reporting:
* Prepare and distribute daily sales out report, internal reports on periodical and ad-hoc basis
* Provide information on Promo/POSM to field force team and distributor
* Collect information related to sales team activities
* Support sales related projects by providing analysis as per need
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business administration
* 1+ years of experience in similar roles related to assisting sales team, sales report preparation
* Good communication, collaboration and administrative skills
* Fluent English, local language as a benefit
* Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Excel
