What you´ll do

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners and professional end-users.
* Independently plan your daily travel routes, appointments, and calendar to maximize territory coverage.
* Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
* Execute local sales and marketing activities.
* Ensure excellent product visibility through merchandising, shelf placement, and display installations.
* Track industry trends and monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

What makes you a good fit

* Proven sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
* Knowledge of construction, industrial, DIY, building materials, adhesives, sealants, or related product categories is an advantage.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders.Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by creating new opportunities while managing existing business.
* Fluent in Latvian and good command in English.
