Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator capable of managing end-to-end purchase orders at our CPS Mexico plant. What You'll Do For Us:
* Support among Bills to paid, user and supplier to receive the goods and assurance the paid of bills.
* Manage the purchase orders to CPS Mexico multiple sites operations, since the creation until the final reception of the goods and services.
* Responsible to activate new suppliers into the system.
* Promote the best alternatives to support productivity targets through the available platforms (e.g. Wherex)
* What Are The Qualifications Needed:
* Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing MRO materials and other supplies.
* Technical Skills:
* Knowledge in industrial areas and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Familiarity with SAP software.
* Understanding of spare parts and laboratory materials.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Personal Skills:
* High attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills.
* Financial acumen.
* Innovation and problem-solving capabilities.
* Strong trading and negotiation skills.
* Language Requirements:
* English: Intermediate level to understand technical specifications and quotations.
