## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities Support Human Recources area on back offie proceses in order to contribute with efficiency, quality and indicators to the area. * Manage and oversee Corporate Credit Cards, including issuance, usage monitoring, payment validation, and delinquency follow-up. * Administer Company Car Fleet, covering vehicle allocation, maintenance, insurance, and vendor coordination. * Handle Fuel Card management, including requests, allocation, tracking, and reporting. * Maintain employee master data, ensuring accurate collection, validation, entry, and regular audits. * Execute and support payroll controls and related validations. * Prepare and deliver HR and operational reports on a regular basis (weekly/monthly). * Coordinate and standardize pre-onboarding processes, including documentation and communication with new hires. * Manage relationships with vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient service delivery. * Process and monitor purchase requests and invoices for assigned services. * Ensure process compliance and workflow efficiency in line with internal policies. * Provide ongoing support to employees, HR, Finance, and external partners. ## Your profile and competencies to succeed ### Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. ### Languages * English: Advanced ### Experience * 1+ year of experience in: * Customer service or employee support roles * Administrative and/or finance processes * Multinational or multicultural environments ### Technical Skills & Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset * Basic knowledge of payroll processes and concepts * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus * Experience with procurement or expense tools (e.g., Ariba, Concur) is a plus ### Soft Skills * Problem solving * Drive for results * Customer focus * Accountability * Autonomy * Energy ## What we can do for you * At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies. * We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. * We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
