The M365 Calendar team's mission is to create a best-in-class Calendar App that users love. We build and maintain the web-based (COMPANY NAME) Calendar App, currently serving web users, and expanding to replace the natively built Outlook and Teams Calendars. This expansion is set to increase our app's user base from 10s of millions to over 100 million.

In addition to delivering features and innovation of our own, our team plays the very important role of empowering teams across (COMPANY NAME) to bring great innovation to the Calendar App. While the M365 Calendar team leads the development of the Calendar App, our partners are the key to our success because they bring new features and integrations to the app, helping us to deliver a truly best in-class Calendar.

* Work across disciplines and teams to solve customer problems.
* Be a steward of Calendar app product and code, reviewing PRs and helping partners onboard
* Help us scale and enhance our client architecture to support a growing co-development community.
* Build and maintain a robust and extensible client architecture and support an expanding development ecosystem

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Exceptional problem solving, coding & debugging skills
* Desire to be a part of an inclusive high-performing team.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
* Experience designing, implementing, and shipping products. 
* Experience working on a platform or ecosystem team.
* Familiarity with web technologies.
* 3+ years of experience.
