What awaits you?

* Coordinate and align actions with production areas and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure operational continuity, even in critical situations such as line stoppages, shift extensions, or unexpected disruptions.

* Design and implement strategic KPIs to monitor and optimize the performance of logistics processes, supporting data-driven decision-making.

* Lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the seamless execution of both administrative and physical processes, while effectively managing any technical or organizational equipment failures.

* Conduct periodic process validations to ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency within the logistics department.

* Plan, execute, and lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) focused on optimizing physical logistics processes and generating sustainable value.

* Manage material planning processes, ensuring accurate master data management and efficient inventory control at the component level.

What should you bring along?

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

* 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Operation Logistics.

* Knowledge of supply planning processes including packing, transport, material flow, and logistic costs management.

* Teamwork and good communication skills.

* Fluent business English
