Title: Client Service Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST Type: Full-time Modality: Contractor On site About the Role We are seeking a Client & Event Operations Coordinator to support our Account Executive team. This role manages logistics, communication, and administrative processes to ensure exceptional service delivery to speakers and client organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven work environments. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary liaison between speakers, clients, and internal teams. * Coordinate event details, gather slide decks and materials, track deadlines, and ensure flawless execution. * Maintain accurate CRM data and assist Account Executives with task management. * Review contracts and coordinate revisions and approvals. * Assist with expense documentation, receipt collection, and invoice support. * Research client accounts and identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with Finance and Operations to maintain aligned processes and accurate documentation. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 1-4 years in client service, event coordination, operations, or similar roles. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. * Proficient in Microsoft 365; HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
