You help manufacturing line leaders deliver on Mondelēz International's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets to ensure processes run smoothly by coaching line teams and using tools to eliminate losses, troubleshoot line problems and improve systems.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in helping us change how the world snacks. You will work closely with line leaders to ensure that Mondelēz International meets our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets on our manufacturing lines to ensure processes run smoothly. Most of your time will be spent working independently on the manufacturing floor, identifying and fixing problems, improving systems, and being responsible for your equipment, but you will also be responsible for statistical processing control and will lead small-group activities to build line team capabilities to eliminate losses.

* Continuous improvement as it relates modern manufacturing concepts, total productive maintenance and Six Sigma
* Leading and coaching line teams
* Handling challenging interpersonal situations and influencing people in a union environment
* Communicating verbally and in writing with attention to detail
* Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Good computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word) and experience with SAP is preferable
More about this role
* Responsable de implementar mantenimiento autónomo y coacheo en planta.
* Liderar la implementación de herramientas y metodologías IL6S en las líneas o áreas asignadas.
* Dar seguimiento a los procesos de trabajo del pilar de Autonomous Maintenance (AM) y asegurar su cumplimiento.
* Capacitar y desarrollar a los colaboradores en metodologías como 5S, Centerlines y detección de anormalidades.
* Implementar y dar seguimiento al Plan Integrado de Actividades de IL6S.
* Fungir como coach de equipos autónomos y desarrollar habilidades técnicas y de liderazgo.
* Liderar proyectos de mejora continua para incrementar la eficiencia operativa.
* Participar en certificaciones, auditorías y procesos de mejora de la planta.

* Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en plantas de manufactura (preferentemente alimentos), implementando proyectos de mejora, dando coaching a equipos.
* Educación: Ingeniería Química, Industrial, Mecánica, Electrónica, en Alimentos o afín.
* Manejo de herramientas: Excel (avanzado), IL6S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma y HPWS.
* Idiomas: Inglés B1.
