About the role

At Kerry, we're looking for a proactive Transport Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will coordinate transportation activities, ensure on-time shipment execution, and support customers through efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

* Plan, schedule, and coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer and service requirements.
* Monitor SAP and TMS systems to manage orders, shipment creation, and transportation execution.
* Work closely with warehouse, QA, and carrier partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Investigate and resolve shipment, delivery, and order discrepancies, escalating issues when required.
* Ensure accurate and complete shipping documentation, including BOLs, COAs, and ASNs.
* Review transportation and service performance reports, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
* Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
* Participate in operational reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and skills

* 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
* Working knowledge of SAP; experience with TMS platforms, preferably E2OPEN.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
* Flexibility to support overtime or weekend coverage when required.
* Fluent English communication skills
