You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the tasks of colleagues under your supervision. General responsibilities include shift leader duties, ensuring all reservations, food service and billing are properly and efficiently handled, department training and assistance with inventory control. Other occasional duties include normal Host and Waiter functions when required to ensure efficient operations.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
* Represents the restaurant at scheduled F&B meetings in the absence of the Outlet Manager or Asst. Outlet Manager as well as daily briefings
* Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the restaurant
* Handles and advises the Outlet Manager / Asst. Outlet Manager on all guest comments
* Ensures that the operating equipment and general supplies for the restaurant are maintained
* Guest satisfaction must always be checked and any problems encountered must be relayed to the outlet in charge and complaints

* Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
* Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
