Technical Sales Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator to join our HBT team in our Asker, NOR office. The As a Technical Sales Coordinator you work closely with the field service team and the customers to grow the SPOT (Parts, T&M and RQ) business. You are the face of (COMPANY NAME) for the customer and have direct contact with end users, colleagues and suppliers. As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will share knowledge about (COMPANY NAME) solutions to improve efficiency and team ability. The focus of this role will be on complex & time consuming RQ opportunities, ensuring technically compliant quotations are provided to the customer in a timely manner & works are completed on budget in line with expectations. You will provide customer support, verify customer information, create estimates, do customer follow-up, and proactively search for opportunities to sell.

Responsibility
* Support Field Service Professionals (FSP), Field Service Supervisor's (FSS) with proposal generation for medium-high complex opportunities.
* Creates SPOT quotes in quoting system (CPQ), and prepares estimate for approval (with input from field)
* Generate proposal for review and approval (with input from field)
* Sends proposal to customer and follows up for feedback and their approval / order to proceed.
* Informs field of work order information, verifies schedule for delivery, communicates schedule to customer / FSL
* During project, starts the process of ensuring all material/sub/others costs are processed and transacted to the job prior to closure (including follow up with suppliers to ensure costs are correctly captured)
* Completes work order in FX/FSL (w/input from field team)
* Report monthly performance of team for spot work including unbilled.
* Complete job forecasting (if required) and overall job monitored for cost against the estimate.
* Escalate items as needed to FSS / FSL if not tracking to target or estimate.
Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Building, Systems, Electrical Engineering or any other relevant engineering field
* Language - Norwegian and English is a must
* Experience of service delivery & execution
* Fire Detection knowledge
* FG750 certification
* Experience working with geographically diverse teams & customers, preferably in a service or engineering based business
* Experience generating technical quotes/proposals to customers and winning business
* Other requirement
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels, both inside and outside of the business
* Flexible and adaptable
* Numerate & fully IT literate
* Ability to offer innovative solutions to complex & interrelated problems
* Technical understanding of Fire Systems or Building Management Systems (preference for both)
* Driving License
