The Business Process Expert for the Lead to Cash Process operates as a senior, global authority responsible for shaping, governing, and continuously improving the end-to-end Lead to Cash process. The role partners closely with the end-to-end Lead to Cash Business Process Owner (BPO) and cross-functional leadership in Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial Functions to define the future-state vision, establish robust governance, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.

This role is equivalent to a classical Global Process Owner, with ownership for a cluster of sub-processes within the Lead to Cash process - Collections, Deductions, Credit or Cash Application. The role ensures that accountable processes are not only well-designed, controlled, and scalable, but also effectively implemented, adopted, and sustained across regions. Acting at an enterprise level, the Business Process Expert drives alignment between strategy, operations, and financial outcomes, with a strong focus on cash performance, risk management, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Plan and Coordination: 

* Collaborate with the Lead to Cash BPO and the relevant function(s) and business operating units to ensure process, system and operational design meets requirements and strategic objectives. 

* Facilitate workshops to gather input, feedback, and socialise recommendations made with the functions/operating units to refine and finalise process design in partnership with the Lead to Cash BPO and other peer BPEs. 

* Collaborate with the Lead to Cash BPO to document "to be" processes; and support evaluation of "as is" processes identifying bottle necks, inefficiencies, and duplication.  

* Drive decisions through relevant governance forums, ensuring decisions are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.  

* Align designs with programme timelines and milestones, ensuring coordination with other functional areas and interdependent programmes. 

Readiness for Delivery: 

* Support the Functional Leader in evaluating the preparedness of their functional area for programme delivery, identifying any gaps and proposing solutions. 

* Support the business change team in understanding people implications for the change and defining and delivering relevant interventions to create conditions for successful adoption.  

* Create appropriate documentation for new processes; partnering with Training & Adoption team to develop appropriate training/upskilling for colleagues to support adoption and benefit realisation.  

Managing Transition phases:  

* Partner with the Business Continuity Manager to establish and manage interim operating states to support business continuity during the change. 

* Collaborate with operational teams to design and implement interim processes, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations. 

* Ensure that plans are in place to transition from interim states to permanent processes in a sustainable way. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

* Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration. 

* Communicate effectively, adapting messaging for different audiences to ensure clarity and engagement in the programme objectives. 

* Champion the interest of the process vision, ensuring priorities are reflected in programme decision-making and feedback loops are effective. 

Stakeholder Leadership

* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and regions

* Act as a key advocate of the Lead to Cash process vision, ensuring alignment in decision-making and execution

* Communicate effectively across audiences, translating complex process concepts into clear, actionable insights

Key Requirements & Skills

* Extensive Finance experience with deep expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), covering the full end-to-end process (billing, collections, credit management, disputes, cash application)

* Proven experience in a complex, global organization, ideally within Consumer Health, FMCG, or similarly dynamic environments

* Strong track record in process design, optimization, and transformation, including large-scale change initiatives

* Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to assess complex workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements

* Experience with process modelling tools, data analytics, and automation technologies

* Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to deliver initiatives in structured, controlled environments

* Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions

* Strong change management capability, including driving adoption and navigating organizational complexity

PLN 309,210.00 - PLN 425,164.30 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
