What you will do
* Support execution of supply planning (MRP) activities for an assigned Finished Goods portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely updates in ERP systems
* Monitor inventory positions and supply plan execution to support agreed service levels and customer requirements
* Analyze planning data and key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service level, delivery performance, inventory health)
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment between plans and execution
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to supply planning processes, data quality, and standard ways of working.
What you need
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
* Strong command of Microsoft Office: Advance Excel skills is a must - including pivot table, advanced features and macro understanding. Good command of PowerPoint
* Understanding of inventory management, service levels, lead times, and capacity considerations.
* Fluency in English
Preferred
* Approximately 1-2 years of experience in supply, demand, or production planning or within a broader supply chain role (internship experience may be considered)
* Experience supporting Finished Goods Operations and/or contract manufacturing (OEM/CM) environments
* Exposure to advanced planning solutions (APS) or integrated planning tools such as SAP IBP - would be an asset
* Supply chain certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent. - would be an asset
