Digital Content Creator

Job Purpose:

As a Digital Content Creator you are responsible for editing and supporting content aligned with the needs of Global Pharma Teams (Product Teams) and local markets. You will work closely and collaboratively with Brand Teams, Medical, and global capabilities to deliver high-quality, compliant, and effective digital content that creates value and drives customer engagement. All content is developed in line with customer needs and digital content best practices.

Your tasks and Responsibilities:

* Supporting the execution of Pharma digital content strategies in collaboration with Brand Teams, Medical, and global capabilities

* Producing, developing and editing high-quality, engaging digital content and campaigns across Bayer core channels:
- Email (Veeva-approved emails via eWizard)
- Field Representative materials (eDetailers)
- Websites (Website Factory / CMS)
- Webinars Banner ads and simple digital assets
- Social (e.g., LinkedIn where applicable)

* Creating and adjusting content within established frameworks, templates, and brand guidelines

* Communicate strongly (internally and externally) to align on critical requirements and ensuring all digital content is fit for purpose across Bayer channels including regulatory, legal, and data privacy requirements

* Maintaining correct distribution and activation of content across Bayer platforms

* Ensuring content is properly stored, tagged, and managed also enalbling reuse and efficiency while maintaining compliance

Who you are:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar

* Experience with CMS and content platforms (e.g., Drupal, Website Factory)

* Familiarity with eWizard or similar content creation tools

* Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics

* Basic design and video editing capabilities (e.g., Canva, Adobe)

* Collaborative, team-oriented working style

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong project management capabilities with ability to meet deadlines

* Attention to detail and quality focus

* English language on minimum level of B2/C1 (written and spoken)

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 7,200 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
