Junior Disputes Specialist with German (part-time)

Your responsibilities would include:

* driving improvements

* being customer oriented and using language skills to liaise with local customers and understands their pain points

* using strong analytical and digital skills to create better insights

* managing customer queries, solving and closing disputes, and performing root cause analyses

* maintaining complete and up-to-date process documentation

* ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggesting improvements as appropriate.

You are a good candidate if you have:

* German language on minimum C1 level

* experience related to Order to Cash/Customer Service area

* strong communication and problem solving skills

* experience with SAP and Excel systems would be an asset

* experience in multi-national environment.
