Role profile:

This role leads high-impact sales and account management transformation initiatives, acting as a senior interface between Sales leadership and group-wide change activity. The Program Manager shapes and delivers transformation from the ground up-building business cases, defining priorities, and driving adoption across the sales organization. They ensure sales and customer needs are embedded in all initiatives, while enabling C-suite decision-making through clear executive communication, strong governance, and disciplined delivery across the transformation portfolio.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Lead sales and account management transformation initiatives from concept through execution.

Represent sales priorities, customer impact, and dependencies across group-wide programs.

Enable executive decision-making through high-quality insight, reporting, and governance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Designing and leading sales transformation initiatives, including business cases, investment proposals, and delivery plans.

Driving business change and adoption across sales operating models and ways of working.

Acting as the primary bridge between Sales leadership, transformation PMO, and group stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Deep understanding of sales organizations, transformation and investment planning, commercial models, and customer needs.

Proven experience leading sales transformation and change initiatives from scratch.

Strong expertise in transformation PMO, change management frameworks, and investment planning processes, with exceptional executive communication skills.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł207,800 - zł328,600. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
