We're opening a brand-new NIKE store in Gliwice and we're looking for a Store Manager to lead it from day one! This is more than managing a store. It's a chance to build a team, shape the culture, create an inspiring consumer experience, and bring the NIKE spirit to life in a new location.

WHAT YOU DO
* Lead the opening of our new NIKE store in Gliwice and help build the team from the ground up
* Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for our consumers
* Build, lead, coach, and develop a diverse team while creating a strong and inclusive team culture
* Drive store performance by managing budgets, operations, sales targets, service standards, and consumer satisfaction
* Bring NIKE's strategy to life in your store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement
* Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards, policies, and guidelines
* Partner closely with other stores, field leadership, and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices
* Create an environment where every team member feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow

WHAT YOU BRING
* Previous experience in store management
* Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management
* A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best
* Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
* Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
* Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations
