Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess - Bar Lounge ​role 
* Welcome and greet all bar guests warmly to ensure a hospitable atmosphere.
* Craft memorable experiences for guests while delivering prompt and professional service.
* Familiarise yourself with all bar menus and special offers, maintaining efficient communication.
* Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels
* Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
About you 
Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a luxury environment is desired.
