* (COMPANY NAME) Global Travel Retail, the global and EMEA home of the group's duty free, air travel and cruises business.
* The Absolut Group, the brand owner of our global white spirits portfolio, whose Gin brand unit and Business Acceleration team sit in London.

We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, 'conviviality' and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.

Your new team
This role sits in (COMPANY NAME)'s The Absolut Group (TAG) business. Joining TAG means having 1000+ colleagues based across the world who are responsible for the production, packaging development, innovation and strategic marketing of an extensive range of premium spirits brands, including Absolut Vodka, Beefeater, the world's most awarded gin, Malibu, our leading flavoured rum, and Kahlua, the number one coffee liqueur, along with a selection of agave spirits, including Altos tequila and craft gins such as Monkey 47.

The TAG Market Activation team is a strategic business partner for Global brand development and Market companies, aimed to fasten global & local consumer and business opportunities, and ensure the delivery and consistency of the Global Brands strategy in all markets. The team is seen as the key connection between Global Markets and our Brand Company, therefore integral to the overall growth of our brands and their success.

Your unique contribution
You will have 5 key areas of responsibility:

Be the MAT (Market Activation Team) expert & reference to collect, consolidate and share Internal data perf. (financials, sell in / sell out, brand equity) building straight forward monthly reports for the team Work closely with MAMs (Market Activation Managers) located across the world and Markets on specific projects required from the business such as: brand acceleration plans in specific Market/geographies, align Global strategy vs. Market needs and supporting implementation of local plans. Build high quality business cases and best practices, collecting market information through the MAMs support. This to be shared with markets via IBP (integrated business planning) twice a year and various internal Business Reviews Coordinate the MAM team budget and be the point of reference with finance. Act as a customer service expert supporting MAMs and Markets with various requests such as COGS, samples, and ad hoc requests

Internally, Market activation team members located across the world, Global Brand teams (Absolut, Malibu, Kahlúa, Gin, Agave), Finance, Customer service.

Externally, Local markets (Globally).

* You have strong analytical ability & strategic planning.
* You have succinct communication skills.
* You can make complex matters simple, presenting findings & results concisely.
* You understand cultural differences in a Global business.
* You have strong excel and power point skills.
* An understanding of P&L's and business levers would be beneficial.

* Fluent in English. Other languages are advantageous.
