About the role
The Activity Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful introduction of new products and the expansion of existing products into new markets. Operating within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, the role is responsible for managing multiple strategic projects from initiation through to commercial launch.Working closely with Category Marketing, Local Country Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Global Regulatory, and Factory Supply teams, the Activity Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and business requirements. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complexity while maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.

Your responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of new product introductions and product extensions into new and existing markets.
* Manage implementation activities up to six months ahead of first commercial supply.
* Coordinate and oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
* Drive product change activities within market while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
* Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Supply, Category Marketing, and Local Marketing teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to achieve business objectives.
* Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to minimise impact on delivery.
* Support strategic business initiatives and ensure effective implementation across relevant functions and markets.
* Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at both local and global levels.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project management and product introduction processes.

* Proven experience within manufacturing technology, ideally in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
* Strong understanding of UK and European regulatory standards and legislation.
* Demonstrated commercial and financial awareness with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
* Practical, action-oriented, and resilient approach to problem-solving in complex environments.
* Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering projects within tight timelines.
* Fluent English language skills; additional language capability is advantageous.
Skills & Qualifications
* Degree educated (2:1 BA/BSc or equivalent experience).
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a high level of ownership.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and international teams.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
