Introduction

A motivated Junior Project Manager with a growing background in coordinating IT and business-focused projects. Skilled in supporting senior project managers in planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Eager to develop deeper project leadership capabilities within complex integration and consulting environments.

Your Role And Responsibilities

* Coordinating consultants, analysts, and technical specialists and supports project managers.
* Planning, staffing, scheduling, and tracking project tasks
* Good.communication with clients and team members.
* Monitor scope, risks, issues, and changes under supervision.
* Demonstrating willingness to learn project management methods and tools.
* Monitoring and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
* Participating in financial reconciliation and documentation closure

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Project Delivery Skills

* Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
* Foundational knowledge of project planning, risk and issue management, and reporting.
* Familiarity with project documentation standards and templates.

Communication & Soft Skill

* Clear and structured communication style.
* Good negotiation awareness and conflict resolution basics.
* Strong collaboration mindset and support-oriented attitude.

Technical & Business Competencies

* High-level understanding of IT system integration concepts.
* Ability to work with productivity tools (e.g. MS Project / Jira / Confluence / Monday / Excel / PowerPoint).
* Interest in technology, consulting, and business transformation.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* 2-3 year of experience in project management / coordination or similar role (internships included).
* Experience working in team-oriented environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Exposure to IT or business consulting projects is an advantage
