Job purpose:
Are you passionate about ensuring smooth and compliant IT operations in a dynamic business environment? As an IT Process Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability and reliability of IT service chains across critical business domains such as Finance, Risk, and more. Your main mission will be to define, implement, and continuously improve ITIL processes, while closely collaborating with various IT delivery teams. You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring SLA performance, maintaining robust IT General Controls (ITGC), and actively supporting lifecycle and security enhancements within your area of responsibility. What you will do
* Manage ITIL processes with a focus on incident, change, problem, and access management
* Coordinate the execution of IT General Controls and ensure audit-proof processes
* Oversee and support technical teams in maintaining IT service stability
* Implement and maintain regulatory standards (e.g., DORA)
* Drive automation, optimization, and technical improvements across the service chain
* Support MFA/SSO, Azure backup policies, and vulnerability remediation
* Lead lifecycle management (LCM) planning and ensure timely execution across applications and infrastructure
What you bring
* Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within an international or corporate environment
* Technical background with hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS, as well as familiarity with automation and AI concepts
* Experience working with tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, and Power BI for IT service management, monitoring, and reporting
* Solid understanding of IT security principles and regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial or insurance sector
* Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is an advantage
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ideally, a university degree in a technical field

How we hire
Send us your CV in English. If we find relevant experience there, we'll reach out to you right away and arrange an interview. We usually have a standard two-round interview process.
