Digital Web Data Analyst
Description -
We are looking for a Digital Web Data Analyst (Specialist level) to support our digital analytics efforts by delivering high-quality reporting and actionable insights. This role focuses on analyzing digital data, building reliable dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to answer business questions using data. The position is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to grow technical depth across multiple analytics tools.
Responsibilities
* Analyze digital and web data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decisions.
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Databricks and data sourced from Adobe and GA4 clickstream datasets.
* Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.
* Work with clickstream and digital interaction data to support performance measurement and optimization efforts.
* Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and data quality, following established best practices.
* Leverage and develop AI initiatives to achieve operational efficiency unlocks
Requirements (Must-Have)
* Hands-on experience analyzing digital or web data in an analytics role (Adobe, GA4).
* Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data, preferably using Databricks or similar data platforms.
* Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Adobe Workspace (or similar BI tools).
* Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members.
* Flexibility to attend meetings on occasion during U.S. business hours or adjust working hours to enable overlap with U.S.-based teams
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
* Exposure to experimentation, optimization, or A/B testing data.
* Experience working in multi-tool analytics environments within large or complex organizations.
* 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
Education & Experience Recommended
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
Preferred Certifications
* Analytics Certification
