Accenture Romania looking for a Salesforce Developer with solid hands-on experience who can independently deliver well-structured, high-quality solutions while collaborating on technical design with senior team members. This role is suited for developers who are confident in their development skills and ready to take greater responsibility for the implementation of complex features.

You will work on end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, translating solution designs into reliable, maintainable code and configurations. In close cooperation with architects and technical leads, you will help refine technical approaches, apply best practices, and contribute to improving development standards across projects.

* Salesforce development skills, especially with Apex, LWC, and Flows
* Experience with Agentforce, AI Agents, Agent Actions, or Einstein Copilot is a big plus
* Hands-on coding background in Java or C#, plus solid HTML/JS/CSS knowledge
* Comfortable with modern JavaScript (ES6+, Node); jQuery experience is a bonus
* Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, JavaScript Dev I, AI Specialist, Data Cloud) are an advantage
* Familiarity with DevOps Center, Git workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing
* Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well with a team
