Level 1/2 Operations Technicians

Main Mission: ensure daily monitoring of the IS, execution of recurring operations, and initial incident analysis.

Responsibilities

* Supervision (Nagios or Zabbix)

* Alert handling and escalation (ITIL)

* Execution of operational procedures

* Daily checks: backups, capacity, cluster health

* Simple interventions under supervision (restart, minor patching)

* Participation in deployments (support)
