Hello World, We are hiring!
We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly evolving world. We're looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn-people who want to make a real impact, now and in the future.
Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you'd make an extraordinary addition to our vibrant team.
Siemens Software, a business unit of the Siemens Digital Industries, is a leading global provider of software solutions to drive the digital transformation of industry, creating new opportunities for manufacturers to realize innovation.

About the role:
The Operations Software Partner & Alliances team is responsible for establishing, managing, and evolving strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation across the Siemens Simulation segment. We are seeking a Partner Manager to help lead the coordination, governance, and evolution of the Siemens Simulation Partnership & Alliance ecosystem.

In this role, you'll manage strategic software technology partners, inbound OEM relationships, internal R&D and educational-related sponsorships and technical memberships, operational support for R&D collaborations with industrial partners and universities, and non-employee contributors (contractors and contingency workers). You'll sit at the intersection of partner management, technical product and licensing understanding, and operational governance, ensuring that all internal and external engagements are aligned with Siemens Simulation strategy, compliant with corporate requirements and processes, and delivering measurable value.

This is a high-impact, developmental role designed for someone who will begin with operational ownership and execution, with a clear path toward strategic partnership leadership over time.

What you'll be doing:
* Establish and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with Siemens Simulation strategy and corporate compliance requirements
* Increase transparency and visibility of partnerships across business lines through consistent reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment
* Centralize and manage ecosystem data, including partner information, inbound software licenses, and associated usage and restrictions
* Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to track license deployments, manage server changes, and ensure compliance with restricted-use terms
* Drive improvements in data quality, KPI reporting, and process automation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage modern tools, including AI-driven approaches
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with industry partners, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and business acumen
* Facilitate meetings, discussions, and training sessions, translating technical and commercial requirements into actionable partnership structures

What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliance coordination
* Strong understanding of software licensing, technical product management, and operational governance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across diverse teams and external partners
* Demonstrated ability to manage data, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency
* Proficiency with modern tools and platforms; experience with AI-driven solutions is a plus
* Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when working with competitive or sensitive relationships
