The Mission

ING is transforming its data landscape. As part of this journey, our Customer Data Products are moving from the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) to Vista, ING's strategic data platform on GCP.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages a backlog. We are looking for a leader who can create momentum, connect stakeholders, overcome obstacles and turn strategy into execution.

Your day to day

You will lead the transition of our Customer Data Products from EDL to Vista by:
* Defining and driving the migration roadmap
* Aligning stakeholders across Business, Data and Technology
* Driving adoption of Customer Data Products across ING and ensuring they become the preferred source for customer data consumption
* Managing dependencies, risks and impediments
* Creating clarity in a complex environment
* Driving delivery through globally distributed teams
* Ensuring customer data products remain trusted, scalable and fit for the future

What you'll bring to the team

We are looking for someone who combines product leadership with strong people skills.

You:
* Have experience leading complex change or transformation initiatives
* Are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
* Build bridges across teams, countries and disciplines
* Thrive in ambiguity and know how to create direction
* Have a strong can-do mentality and take ownership
* Are persistent, pragmatic and delivery-focused
* Understand data products, data platforms and data management concepts

Technical knowledge is important, but your ability to drive change, influence stakeholders and get things done is what will make the difference.

This role requires someone who can successfully lead and collaborate across locations, cultures and time zones.
