Field Service Representative - Cooling

We are looking for a Cooling Service Representative to deliver professional field services for APC™ and Uniflair™ cooling solutions. In this role, you will provide commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What will you do?
* Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on APC and Uniflair cooling equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cooling and HVAC systems.
* Conduct site assessments and technical analyses to identify and implement effective solutions.
* Collaborate with colleagues on large-scale installations and customized customer projects.
* Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, as well as all applicable regulations.
* Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation for all site visits and interventions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Installation - advanced level; setting up customer systems to meet safety and performance standards
* Commissioning - advanced level; validating system functionality and ensuring seamless handover to operations
* Maintenance and Repair - advanced level; diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime
* Preventive Maintenance - advanced level; executing scheduled service to optimize equipment reliability
* Technical Documentation - advanced level; creating accurate records that support compliance and knowledge transfer
* Resilience - advanced level; maintaining focus and delivering results under pressure in dynamic field environments
* Customer Support - intermediate level; building trust through responsive and professional service delivery
* Problem Solving - intermediate level; analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions quickly
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in: Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Authorized Refrigeration Technician certification: AGFR certification or F-GAS certification.
* IIB or higher ANRE certification is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of: Precision room air conditioning systems, Rack cooling solutions, Air- and water-cooled chillers, HVAC control systems.
* Strong commitment to electrical and job-site safety practices.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.
* Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
* Valid Category B driver's license with a clean driving record.
