Job Description Summary

Job Description

What You'll Do

* Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and contract amendments
* Coordinate approvals with customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate contract and opportunity information in internal systems
* Support invoicing and contract administration activities
* Resolve billing and documentation-related queries in collaboration with internal teams
* Support Sales representatives with day-to-day commercial operations
* Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across systems and documentation

What We're Looking For

* Completed higher education (Bachelor / Master)
* 1-2 years of experience in similar role is an advantage
* Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* English at Intermediate level or higher
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation
* Strong written communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
* Comfortable working with structured processes and recurring tasks
