What will you do?
* Diagnose and resolve complex software issues across product lines as a subject matter expert
* Perform first-level triage and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance
* Partner with development teams to identify bugs, coordinate fixes, and verify quality
* Develop technical documentation and deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
