Job Description

You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Manage Sales processes and ensure effective operations;
* Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data;
* Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes;
* Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers;
* Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities;
* Preparing and consolidating reports and dashboards;
* Creation of SO presentations KPI & NPDs performance reports and presenting the proposals and conclusions. Standard and ad hoc sales reports.
* Supporting the planning process and other departments in creation and coordination of master data files;
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the managed systems including the co-ordination, consultation and training on the technical. Act as Subject Matter Expert/key point of contact for the business in regard to Sales systems and processes;
* Preparing monthly SIP calculation and leading Quota process.
What you will bring

* Preferably experience in customer service, logistics or sales support
* Basic knowledge of sales systems (SAP) and advanced capability in MS Excel
* Solid communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure
* Fluency in English language
* University degree or a relevant combination of education and work experience
