[What the role is]We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to support operational excellence initiatives across our organisation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in operations planning, process improvement, and project management whilst contributing to meaningful organisational change.
[What you will be working on]
Operations Planning Support
* Assist in developing operational plans, frameworks, and schedules
* Conduct research and gather data on operational capacity and resource utilisation
* Maintain performance dashboards and tracking systems
* Prepare regular reports on operational metrics for management review
Process Improvement
* Assist in identifying process inefficiencies through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
* Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and workflow documentation
* Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives under supervision
* Track and report on outcomes of improvement initiatives
Project Coordination
* Support planning and execution of operations and process improvement projects
* Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
* Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items
* Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement
* Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges
* Facilitate feedback collection through surveys and interviews
* Support change management activities and preparation of communication materials
Other Duties Assigned

* Any degree that demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and organisational skills can be considered.
* Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds (including humanities or social sciences) who have developed relevant skills through internships, projects, or coursework in operations, analytics, or process improvement can also be strong fits.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to create charts, graphs, and basic data analysis
* Willingness to learn process mapping
Analytical Skills
* Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to analyse information and identify issues
* Logical and organised approach to work
Communication Skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations
* Comfortable working with people from different teams
Personal Attributes
* Self-motivated and eager to learn
* Adaptable and open to feedback
* Good team player
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
* Knowledge of process improvement concepts
* Experience with data collection or analysis from internships or projects
