At Issuer Services, we support clients across events, platforms, and digital workflows. As part of the Execution team, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for our clients. We work closely together to ensure every interaction is timely, accurate, and professional-and we're looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of that delivery.

Our team operates on the UK shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sri Lanka Time), follows the UK calendar, and works in a hybrid model with three days in the office each week to support global business operations.
What you'll be doing
* We'll rely on you to support day-to-day operations and client interactions across our platforms.
* Managing incoming client queries across shared inboxes, email, and live channels, making sure responses are clear and timely.
* Working with our technology teams to investigate issues and keep clients informed as solutions are delivered.
* Helping to deliver client events end to end-from setup to live execution and follow-ups.
* Keeping our platforms up to date by maintaining content across tools such as Salesforce and client portals.
* Supporting on-boarding activities, including setting up accounts, access, and permissions.
* Preparing regular reporting to help us track client engagement and platform performance.
* Working closely with colleagues and external partners to keep everything running smoothly.
* Sharing client feedback to internal development teams so we can continue improving how we deliver our services.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple tasks. You'll likely bring:
* A degree in a relevant field (for example Business Management or International Business), or equivalent educational field.
* Some experience in operations, client support, or digital platforms (this could include internships or early career roles).
* Confidence communicating with different stakeholders in a clear and professional way.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
* An interest in working in an energetic and collaborative environment.
* Familiarity with CRM or CMS tools is helpful, but not essential-we're happy to support your learning.
