Your Impact:

Within the Retail team, the Beauty Consultant - Fragrance Specialist promotes with passion the Dior Brand and Values. As a member of the Dior team, she/he demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times.
This role is crucial for achieving defined sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing high standard of service to our clients, with a focus on fragrance thanks to dedicated tools.
The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including other team members (Beauty Consultants, Counter Managers, fragrance specialists, fragrance experts) and, when needed, with retailer's staff or free-lancers.
Ideally, you would have previous professional retail experience in fragrance and/or service industry, ideally in the luxury (2 years at least / to be adapted locally). Soft skills that align with our values: Critical Thinking Communication & Interpersonal skills Attention to detail Strategic Thinking Adaptability Problem Solving Hard Skills: Good writing and communication skills, B2/C1 level in "local language" and, English speaking mandatory in touristic and top doors Very good fragrance knowledge and rich vocabulary regarding olfactory universe Ability to get clients emotionally engaged with fragrance stories Ability to transmit her/his passion for fragrance Basic beauty application and product knowledge
