Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* You delight our guests with your warm and authentic personality in both German and English
* A passion for delivering exceptional service, along with the ability to inspire and engage both guests and team members alike
* A strong commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail
* The ability to lead by example on the restaurant floor and consistently uphold the highest service standards
* Excellent organizational skills, combined with a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
* Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a key liaison between the team, management, and other departments
* Strong sales skills and a talent for creating exceptional guest experiences
* Confidence in using modern POS systems, ideally with experience in MICROS / Simphony systems
