* Welcome spa guests and provide support before and after treatments
* Handle reservations, offer consultations, and sell various treatment options
* Manage daily correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly
* Perform general administrative tasks to support spa operations
* Oversee and sell products in the spa's own shop
* Record and account for all services provided, followed by daily reconciliation
* Assist in and ensure the daily preparation and maintenance of the spa area

* Completed vocational training in hotel management or an equivalent qualification
* Previous experience in the spa and wellness sector, ideally in a luxury environment
* Service-oriented and friendly demeanor
* English as well as German or French, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset
* Polished manners and a well-groomed appearance
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
* Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
