Descripción del puesto:
- Coordinate Swiss and international corporate tax compliance, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and tax authorities. - Prepare Swiss corporate tax returns (federal, cantonal, withholding, and stamp duties) and support related audits and assessments. - Support with month-end and annual closing, including calculation of tax accruals and deferred taxes. - Provide tax insights and guidance to business stakeholders in cross-functional and ad hoc projects, including cross-border transactions within the group or with third parties. - Drive efficiency through tax technology initiatives and process automation. - Assist in identifying, evaluating and managing tax risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law with a focus on Taxation. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in an international tax or accounting firm, or within a multinational enterprise. - Solid understanding of Swiss corporate tax law and financial statements, with awareness of OECD Pillar 2 and the international tax treaty framework. - Reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an affinity for numbers and legal matters. - Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, passionate about digital transformation of tax processes and continuous improvement. - Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Excel; experience with Dynamics 365, Looker, LucaNet or Parabola is an advantage. - Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
