Join our team in BAC Pool Systems AG located in Oftringen Area, Switzerland (German-Speaking region).

Mission: We are seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our Swiss team. This role supports our B2B operations by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our professional partners - distributors, installers, and resellers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic international environment, balancing sales support and customer service responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for B2B customers in the Swiss market, ensuring professional and timely communication.

* Manage the order-to-delivery process, including order entry, confirmations, and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
* Provide accurate product and pricing information, and prepare quotations for customers and the sales team.
* Support the external sales team with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, and documentation.
* Handle after-sales inquiries (returns, complaints, warranty cases) with efficiency and a customer-centric approach.
* Maintain customer records and update data in CRM and ERP systems.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

Completed education in commercial, business, or customer service field.

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support - ideally in a B2B technical or industrial environment.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
* Fluency in German and English
