1. Why is this role really critical to us?
* Working with sales/product/pricing colleagues to develop strong, competitive commercial retention and upsell offers for SME segment.
* Optimising campaign & activity results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements.

How will you spend your time at (COMPANY NAME)?

* Positively influence the overall P&L for SME segment by driving growth through customer value based campaigns & activities.
* Define retention, upsell and cross-sell strategies aligned with segment priorities and implement this actions via using Pega.
* Work with sales/product/pricing colleagues to develop strong, competitive commercial retention and upsell offers for SME segment.
* Optimise campaign & activity results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements.
* Plans and executes e2e digitalization and automation of all CVM actions
* Defines the rules for optimization of channels, ensure the right channel for each offer/product and manage contact rules across channels
